Responsibilities/Requirements:
  • The Production Support Analyst supports elements of testing and support of custom software applications.
  • The primary responsibility of Support Analyst is to ensure the availability of an application or product for end users.
  • The Support Analyst applies functional knowledge and technical expertise in the implementation of configuration changes and maintenance of software applications. 
  • Required Technical Skills:
    • Core Java (experienced) 
    • AngularJS or Angular 2 (Trained)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), ability to learn new technologies (e.g. Unix shell scripting, PERL, PL/SQL, etc.), ability to work with minimal supervision
