Enterprise Agile Coach

As an Agile Coach, you will be working in an established Agile CoE to help maximize their Agile transformation and drive their more strategic efforts to adopt the SAFe framework.  You will be coaching teams on SAFe Agile program level events, as well as working with Release Train Engineers (RTE’s) to introduce new processes for multiple Agile Release Trains (ART’s) and PI events.

  • Coach teams on Lean principles as well as agile practices and ceremonies across all levels and departments in the organization
  • adheres to Agile best practices and standards by participating in Agile communities of practices and forums to stay abreast on the latest trends and practices
  • Leads Agile training sessions and provides ongoing education and support needed for successful Agile adoption
  • Partners with teams to provide hands-on support and guidance by drawing from personal experience as a Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer (RTE) and/or Product Owner

  • 3+ years of experience in successfully leading large-scale Agile transformations with methods such as XP, Scrum, Lean, or Kanban
  • At least 7 years of experience in an Agile environment serving in other roles (Scrum Master, Agile Transformation Lead, Product Owner, etc)
  • At least 2 years of experience working with a SAFe environment
  • Experience launching SAFe
  • Advanced experience applying Lean / Agile methodologies within software, infrastructure, hardware, and operational environments
  • Have Agile or Scaled Agile certifications (SPC) or similar
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS)
