  • Proven knowledge and experience of Contact Center technologies including Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Voice Recognition Unit VRU, Telephony Integration CTI, Automatic Call Distribution ACD, Call Recording, Call Routing.
  • Avaya Communication Manager 6.X and above.
  • Avaya System/Session Manager 6.X and above.
  • Avaya Experience Portal/IVR.
  • Must be able to, design, implement, troubleshoot and support IVR changes within a Unified Communications and Contact Center solution.
  • Client Facing at times and will work closely with Client Manager.
  • Excellent relationship, collaboration skills and organization skills.
  • 4-5 years related voice/IVR experience.
