Application Support Engineer - Life Sciences

  • Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems in regulatory area.
  • Manage cloud provider application including: Change Control, validation, task management, monitoring service desk issues at the vendor for resolution and root cause determination. 
  • Facilitate ongoing list of outstanding issues and implementation of bug fixes, including acceptance testing.
  • Facilitate impact assessment of changes and bug fixes.
  • Familiar with CSV in regulatory area.
  • Knowledge of Clinical regulatory process including any content management tool or applications.
  • Serve as the liaison between internal business and IT groups with the ability to translate technical information to business gracefully.
  • Knowledge of the following tools helpful:
    • Veeva/PhlexEview
    • Vault eTMF
    • Documentum
  • Strong communication and Project management skills with the ability to hande multiple issues simultaneously.
