Administrative Analyst / Executive Assistant

EA/Analyst will be supporting finance executive leadership.
REQUIRED:
  • 5 years high level executive admin Healthcare/UC (or corporate experience) to provide support to VP and Finance Directors.
  • 3 - 5 years supporting C-Suite executives
  • FAST PACE environment, with scope of work changing constantly.
  • Must have extensive attention to details and strong organizational/prioritization skills
  • Must have Bachelor's degree
  • Responsibilities include - heavy calendaring, meeting prep (creating agenda, collecting meeting materials beforehand, taking minutes)

Job Function Summary:
 
The Administrative Analyst must be able to act independently and cohesively with only general supervision to fulfill the overall objective of assuring an efficient and highly organized finance administrative function.  The Administrative Analyst is responsible for providing high level senior finance leader analysis, project and analytical support, systems access/technical administration, onboarding of staff, and to work in conjunction with and/or act on behalf of Finance administration leadership.  This requires developing a thorough understanding of the practices & policies of the supported units, independently anticipating the needs of the unit, and proactively taking action to address those needs.  This position must act with a high degree of political acumen when acting on behalf of finance administration, and/or engaging in activities with senior leadership. 
 
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Req / Pref
College degree and five years of work related experience exhibiting strong analytical, communication, and customer service skill, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.  Required
Must have five years of progressively responsible executive assistant experience and be able to perform increasingly challenging administrative and project tasks within a complex organization under minimal supervision.  Required
Project management/coordination experience.  Required
Very strong computer and Internet research skills.  Possess expertise with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Adobe Acrobat.    Required
Must be a proactive self-starter and strong team player.  Required
Strong political acumen and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various levels of individuals in a large organization, and handle confidential information with discretion Required
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.  Required
Possess ability to exercise good judgment to identify and handle sensitive and confidential issues and assignments with discretion.  Must be flexible and possess project management/coordination experience.  Required
Able to work well with all levels of internal/external management and staff.  Ability to set priorities and work with frequent interruptions, exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions. Required
Experience in health care industry and/or clinical setting.  Preferred
Experience/background in finance Preferred
