Serves as a customer advocate in the Priority Health call centers, clearly articulating health insurance information, including but not limited to claims, eligibility and benefit information, in a manner that our customers can easily understand. Works towards a successful outcome for each call by utilizing critical thinking and anticipating the customer’s needs while helping members navigate their through their health insurance.

This resource must be able to use resources effectively, assuming ownership of concerns and escalated calls – communicating when there is a concern and proactively seeking solutions.
