Position Description
The APEX Support role resides within the Global Project Management Office (GPMO) and is responsible for maintaining and enhancing an advanced SharePoint site used as a repository for project management requirements for all our financial client projects.

Job Responsibilities
• Sustain support for the APEX (our financial client Project Execution) SharePoint site used by the Global PMO, Project Managers, Program Managers, project team members, and stakeholders to convey requirements for project execution
• Recommend enhancements to the design of the site and implement upon approval
• Implement and maintain SharePoint features including web pages, web parts, applications, databases, and work flows.
• Implement processes, guides, and templates in support of the Agile transformation effort
• Implement quick reference guide, template, and artifact enhancements

• Ensure all documentation and links are accurate and well maintained
• Enhance the look and feel of the site with updated graphics
• Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 4 + years of professional experience in a technology related role
• 4+ years Project Management experience
• Solid understanding of Waterfall and Agile Project Management approaches and best practices
• Microsoft Access database or more advanced experience maintaining a database and understanding how queries/joins work
• Analytical with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, trustworthy, sound judgment, curious, collaborative, and tactful
• Thinks innovatively, resolves roadblocks and impediments, solicits feedback, considers the perspective of other view points
• Delivers on commitments and is results-oriented
• Demonstrates a drive to learn and is self-motivated with a potential to grow in the role over time
• Competent in process design, documentation, and implementation
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word
• SharePoint and some HTML experience preferred
