GXP Training - LMS Support

Job Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain Learning Management System functionalities on a daily basis including but not limited to:
o Uploading new courses, testing course files, assigning courses, creating curricula, managing new hire assignments, running training reports.
• Provide customer support for all training requests through a thorough knowledge of the current learning platforms and systems (Doc Mgt System & LMS).
• Manage requests through a shared Training mailbox - (requests include data entry, troubleshooting system errors & managing Training calendar training reports).
• Filing/archiving of completed training forms if needed

Minimum Education
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 -3 years of relevant industry experience including knowledge of GXP guidelines.
• Strong experience administering and managing LMS systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Plateau, SABA.
• Prior customer support experience including troubleshooting in LMS systems and interaction with end users/customers.
