Currently seeking an experienced technical recruiter to support hiring activities.

Currently seeking an experienced technical recruiter to support hiring activities. The ideal candidate must have the ability to prioritize high volume tasks and be able to build and maintain relationships with a high level of trust and integrity. Responsibilities: Develops and administers recruiting programs for the client groups as needed. Works with client groups to strategize short- and long-term recruiting plans. Works with hiring managers to define requirements for open positions. Determines appropriate recruiting sources for advertising and posting positions. Proactively seek and maintain a well-qualified candidate pool and serve as an effective liaison for the organization with emphasis on developing relationships with a variety of applicant referral sources. Pre-screen resumes and candidates to determine qualifications. Organizes and participates in interview process. Documents candidate evaluation and interview process. Coordinates and leads a debriefing meeting between the hiring manager and the interview team participants Develops and/or negotiates new hire compensation package/offers. Promotes the company image to candidates and external service providers. Provides performance feedback on all recruiting agencies/sources. Attends job fairs/conferences as needed.
