EAP/Worklife External Training Coordinator
Supports and coordinates EAP training delivered to external customers. The Training Coordinator is responsible for working closely with EAP external and internal customers to schedule training seminars that are delivered both on-site and virtually. This includes coordinating training, sending training materials, keeping system records up to date, collecting feedback, maintaining educator network and training program maintenance.
Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements include but are not limited to
• Coordinates external training delivery for EAP Plan Sponsors from request to completion within established fulfillment timeframes
• Works closely with EAP Plan Sponsors, Account Executives and educator network to ensure quality service delivery
• Investigates and remediates complaints regarding EAP external training delivery
• Researches, recruits, develops and maintains EAP educator network
• Manages contracts with EAP network educators and ensures educators meet basic credentialing requirements
• Maintains EAP training content library in conjunction with development team
• Manages training services delivered via live webinar or recorded webinar
• Acts as technical contact and host for live webinars supporting the educators delivery
• Maintains EAP training catalog on annual basis
• Submits requests for new training topics based on Plan Sponsor request
• Maintains multiple branded email aliases, training request forms, training seminars and catalogs and ensures the appropriate EAP brand is used for each training session
• Receives, reconciles and processes trainer invoices for payment to Billing department
Background and experience
• 2+ years customer service experience (preferably EAP)
• Experience building and maintaining professional relationships with vendors, internal/external clients, and educator networks
• Strong soft skills including multi-tasking, organization, prioritizing, critical thinking, problem solving, listening, written/verbal communication, teamwork and adaptability.
• Intermediate to advanced skills with technology including MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), Webinar Platforms, Centralized Databases, Windows 7/10, and Adobe Professional/Standard.
