Responsibilities:

Screens and triages calls, answers routine questions and furnishes information as appropriate

Serves as contact and resource within the Clinical Licensure PMO for clinicians regarding licensure application and collateral

Prepares and mails packet of licensure material to clinician (application, collateral, payment)

Assists in the process of obtaining cashier checks for licensure application payments

Takes minutes at meetings as requested by Clinical Licensure PMO leadership

May prepare and distribute routine correspondences, meeting requests, meeting agendas and minutes under the guidance and direction of the Manager of Business Project Management and/or Senior Project Manager
