Job Title: Marketing Product Manager
Group: Marketing / Commercial
Shift: Mostly 8:00 am-5:00 pm, with some meetings early morning / late evening. Contractor needs to be flexible.

Summary:
Product Manager provide leadership, organization, and attention to detail for numerous, high-complexity global products and projects. Product Manager will work with global marketing and cross-functional teams to manage extensive Renal Care product portfolio, represent the marketing voice of the customer, and deliver project status updates, for commercial side of the business. The Product Manager will interact primarily with the Renal Care GBU and internal cross-functional partners. The Product Manager will work extensively with GBU-based Product Owners.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Acts as the primary contact for product management of an extensive product portfolio, working closely with Product Owners to represent the voice of the customer
Develops and communicates changes and important updates to key stakeholder groups
Has a keen understanding of customer requirements and urgency needed for product management issues that may arise
Interacts through product management meetings and reviews with all functions and levels of management
Anticipates potential conflict situations for proactive solutions and manages conflict situations to result in win-win outcomes
Maximizes business results through continuous improvement in organization's ability to execute project through implementation
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Additional responsibilities maybe added, depending on work load
Cross-functional and global team member interactions

Experience in project and product management
Advanced time management and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Negotiation and follow up skills
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Global team experience helpful
Previous work managing cross-functional teams
Expertise in managing many different projects and products at once
Ability to learn new processes and internal software programs quickly

Education and/or Experience:
Associates degree required with at least 5 to 7 plus years' product management experience at a similar organization.
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred with equivalent 2 to 5 plus years' product management experience
Demonstrated success leading multi-site, global or enterprise- wide programs in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred, or similar regulated industry
Proven experience as a Product manager (either marketing or technical) is a major plus
