The Client Healthineers Molecular Imaging Service Lifecycle Management team drives maintenance cost as part of the total cost of ownership for MI Products. This includes activities that span from field service strategy definition, participating in development projects, transfer of new product functionality to Training Center, and field. The internship opportunity is based in Hoffman Estates, IL and is a great opportunity to learn and participate as a contributing team member.


During this duration you will be working alongside systems engineers and project managers. The internship will give you the ability to learn, automate processes, test service procedures prior to being field released.

• Collaborate with others as necessary.
• Interface with other departments (eg. Product Management, Research, Engineering) as needed.
• Support and Drive the automation of diagnostic troubleshooting process steps.
• Developing app to support and aid in troubleshooting.
• Update and test service procedures.
• Update software based service tools.
• Support Data Analytics Projects by building SQL Queries, building code logic.
• Desire to Learn and Gain Knowledge!

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience Robert

• Excellent verbal, phone, and written communication skills are required.
• Team oriented and self-starter.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Products.
• Authorware, HTML5.
• Tableau

• Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Engineering.

Duration: 12 Mos.; flexible work hours available to accommodate course load.

Provides assistance in routine planning of detailed product development objectives. Assists in the preparation of routine sketches, design layouts, and other specifications. Provides assistance in routine review of results to determine that products perform in the intended manner. Assists in preparing routine prototypes for testing and provides technical assistance on design feasibility. Provides assistance in standardizing routine materials, components and assemblies to minimize the items procured, manufactured and inventoried.
