Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and at least 5 years of experience in the field.
Ability to exercise sound independent judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with leadership and employees including a sensitivity to different brands and local cultures.
Ability to energize and influence others. Strong writing skills including the ability to draft formal presentations, training materials and communications;
Strong verbal and presentation skills.
Has excellent project management and problem solving skills.

The position is also a key contributor to the development and execution of strategies relating to FP&A that are critical to the short and long term effectiveness of the COE. The position provides oversight, guidance and direction to the trainers supporting the execution of the outlined training program. The position will also collaborate with other internal Finance team members on current learning platforms and delivery.
