Job Description:
  • Critical thinking skills and research-based position.
  • Problem solving skills helpful. Answers questions and resolves issues based on phone calls and emails from agencies and agents
  • Triages resulting rework to appropriate staff. Documents and tracks workflow for agents and uplines.
  • Explains agent's rights and responsibilities in accordance with contract.
  • Educates agencies and agents on our self-service options
  • Assists agents with credentialing and re-credentialing issues.
  • Assists in preparation of complaint trend reports.
  • Performs financial data maintenance as necessary.
  • Uses applicable system tools and resources to produce quality letters and spreadsheets in response to inquiries received.
  • Experience in a production environment. Customer experience in a service/transaction-based environment preferred. High School or GED equivalent.
  • College Degree Preferred.
