Looking for a candidate that is a self starter, is string with MS Office Suite and has some development background. The workload will be mainly with maintaining current SharePoint sites and troubleshooting issues related to ERP data being fed to and from the site. Support Vendor Managed Inventory project. Free-up critical IT resources for other projects

Seeking someone who resolves technical problems and uses expertise in customer service and technical knowledge gained from previous experience to resolve issues surrounding the installation, usage, and training of customers, both internal and external. Answers questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, and systems status. Interacts with the local IT, network services, software systems engineering and/or applications development in order to restore service and/or identify problems. Maintains a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems. Recommends systems modifications in order to reduce user problems.

The right candidate is an established and productive individual contributor who works independently with general supervision on larger, moderately complex projects / assignments. Contributes to the completion of project milestones and may have some involvement in cross functional assignments. Contacts others to share information, status, needs and issues in order to inform, gain input, and support decision making.

Required Knowledge and Experience: Candidate will be well versed in Microsoft Office and SharePoint, especially strong with Excel and Access. Experience with Office 365 is a plus. A working knowledge of scripting and development languages such as VBA, Javascript, and SQL are desired. Experience using or supporting ERP Systems, and experience automating processes is a plus.
