Position Description
• Facilitate contracts with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) who perform consulting services with the Medical Information group
• Coordinate support activities related to Advisory Boards owned and managed by Global Medical Affairs
• Provide support for other Ad Hoc projects, as needed
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Two years' experience in any ophthalmology related field is required.
• A Certified Ophthalmology Technician/Assistant (COT/COA) is preferred.
• Knowledge of and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Windows and cloud-based applications (Veeva, Salesforce) is preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with IOL calculations experience is preferred.
• Ability to conduct medical/scientific literature online searches, along with developing Medical Information Request (MIR) cases and conducting IOL calculations is required.
• Travel up to 10% to major ophthalmology conferences and industry congresses is required.
