Job Title: Senior Analyst, North America Total Rewards Project and Change Management

Detailed Job Description:
Senior Analyst, North America Total Rewards Project and Change Management will:
• Manage North America third party service administrator systems migrations
• Partner with other global service partners to manage the annual review of compensation, benefits and health websites for accuracy, as well support updates to these websites
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with partners and service administrators, as well as other team members
• Delegate project tasks based on partners' responsibilities
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Apply a change management process and tools to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
• Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications.

Qualifications
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required
• 6-8 years of relevant experience working in project management and change management
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Compensation, Benefits and HRBP project and change management
• Candidate must have a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, exceptional team work and collaboration skills
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed environment is preferred.
• Experience with third party outsourced administrators used in the service delivery of benefits, leaves and compensation
• Experience managing roll out of a large scale complex regional project will be an added advantage.
