**Emphasis on Training Personnel in manufacturing in a PHARMA environment**

Experience in creating a Training Program for Manufacturing operations:
• Theories
• Training Checklist / Critical Items Checklist
• Assists in the Go-Live training for employees
• On-Floor support for development of processes

Familiar with aseptic operations and equipment including filling equipment, lyophilizer, autoloading equipment, autoclaves, CIP/SIP systems in classed environments.
Will learn and become familiar with aseptic filling equipment and lyophilizer auto-loading equipment, autoclaves, ovens, vial washers, depyrogenation tunnel, clean-in-place and sterilization-in-place of tanks, vial capper,and lyophilizers. May also include vial and/or tablet packaging

Knowledge, Experience and Skills
Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
Demonstrates good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Receives general instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on new assignments.
Follows written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Independent action and initiative in resolving issues.
Demonstrates strong safety orientation, with strict adherence to established safety practices and standards.
5+ years of relevant experience, HS Diploma, and a Certificate to FETAC level 6 (GSL)
Prior experience in a cGMP related industry is required.
Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
Demonstrates good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Receives general instructions on routine work, and detailed instructions on new assignments.
Follows written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-Must be able to work overtime
-Must be able to change into Client gowns and work attire as required for the task
-Must be able to generate documents using Word and Powerpoint
-Must be a self-starter and independent worker
-Must be able to work weekends
- Must be able to work holidays
- Must be able to see and distinguish all colors and shades
- Must be able to change into Client gowns and work attire as required for the task.

Medical Testing Requirements:

Blood work (CBC, CMP, Lipid Profile)
Urinalysis – Dipstick
Physical – Non DOT
Vision Test –( Ishihara, Jaeger, Snellen)
Audiometric Evaluation
Physical Agility Test (to 50 lbs.)
