Description/Comment:Individuals that speak well, clearly and confidently on the phone. Will call hospitals, physicians, and medical facilities to obtain information to update our provider database. Basic Excel and Word skill sets are required, in order to call providers, validate data fields in QNXT our claims processing system, accurately notate discrepancies, and record any changes necessary on a Provider Change Request form. Follows call scripts, capable of discerning how to navigate provider administration to determine who to speak with, and ability to ask the correct questions the first time to obtain validated information. Works as an individual, as part of a team and with ABHVA personnel. Relied upon to be at the job on-time each day, productive, and escalate issues/questions in a timely manner. Courteous and polite on the phone with providers and with ABHVA personnel. Familiar with Outlook for emails and calendaring.

Additional Job Details:Office work at 9881 Mayland Drive, Richmond, VA, 23233, Mondays through Fridays, Hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Must provide own transportation to, and from, the office. Experience in a call center environment making outbound calls is required.
