Job Title: CLS SC Acceleration PMO Manager

Detailed Job Description: This position will run the portfolio process for the CLS Supply Chain Acceleration projects and support the roll-up for the Global portfolio of projects. This will include weekly PMO meetings, agenda, and meeting minutes. They will be responsible to develop and or maintain overall project plan for assigned projects, including objectives, tasks, expenses, deliverables, staffing assignments, and task dependency networks. Additionally, this person will create and maintain the weekly dashboards for the individual projects and portfolio roll up. They will lead discussions on project prioritization, resource modeling, scorecards/dashboards and PMO consolidation for the portfolio. The candidate will assist people who are managing other projects by coaching them in Project Management or Flawless Project Execution (FPX) methodologies. Strong business knowledge, technical skills and sound judgment to effectively assess risk, develop contingencies and determine when to escalate issues. Additionally, they will work to coordinate across multiple functions under the Supply Chain Acceleration umbrella. Must be proficient in creating presentations (power point) and ability to learn new portfolio management tools. (we will train on the tool but must have the aptitude to learn systems). Experience creating dashboards is a requirement. Experience with project and portfolio financial management is preferred.
Additional information: This person should have working knowledge of project portfolio management, previous experience managing large projects (with working knowledge of some PM tools). They must be able to facilitate and coordinate virtual meetings and have clear and concise communication skills. Must have good business and financial acumen. Must be able to see end-to-end and understand/identify interdependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
