A Senior Production Operations Specialist (Desktop Administrator) can monitor operate and improve production services and provide end user support.
1. Understand key issues that happen within the area that you support and drive for issue resolution.
2. Guide and coach other junior operations specialists.
3. Improve the production operations for the area your support through automation and better processes.

Desktop Administrator will work in a team of 2 others and support a local group of 500 staff, including remote workers. 70% of job will be in-person, desk side support.
They are the local point of contact for end users (in-person, by telephone, or via-email) to provide timely support and maintenance of their desktop computing environments and phone services.
This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC and phone hardware and peripherals.

Should be proficient in the following:
Windows 7 & Windows 10
Windows products (Office, Outlook, Visio, Project, etc.)
Service Now
Basic telecom troubleshooting
Active Directory-creating accounts, user and folder permissions, name changes, terminations
Browsers- IE, Chrome, FireFox
Network troubleshooting including home networking
WiFi troubleshooting
Android and iOS phones
Mac Pro- would be nice but not necessary
Printer troubleshooting
Attention to detail
Setting up hardware
Strong Customer Service Skills
GED or High School required
