The Complaint Analyst is responsible for supporting the product complaint program with activities related to complaint investigations including initial assessment and identification of complaints related to adverse events. This role will be responsible for analyzing incoming product complaints, determination of requirements for investigation, the investigation and evaluation of complaints, and finding solutions to customer issues by working interactively with cross functional teams.

The Complaint Analyst is responsible for supporting and maintaining the quality processes associated with product complaint handling, procedures, and controls to ensure that all complaints and complaint products are processed in accordance with established company procedures and worldwide regulations and standards.

• Bachelor's degree with a technical and/or engineering focus is required.
• The ability to work independently on routine tasks with high attention to detail is required.
• An ability to work cross functionally and promote good working relationships with other teams, to determine priorities, state challenges productively, and solve problems is required.
