I. GENERAL SUMMARY & OVERALL CHALLENGES
We are seeking a data analyst who will support the finance department by managing the collection, cleaning, and analysis of sales data. The data analyst will be well versed in analytics and be able to work in a detailed oriented fast-paced environment. The data analyst will assist in the monthly tasks of collecting data from sales distributors, cleaning and uploading files into our business systems, and performing analysis in support of the sales organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect tracing and rebate files from distributors and sales partners
• Cleaning data and uploading to business systems
• Combining multiple data sets to create customized sales analysis
• Calculating sales commissions
• Calculating GPO admin fees
• Working closely with sales and finance leadership to support daily needs

II. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

• Strong interpersonal skills, organizational and detail implementation skills.
• Advanced excel skills (Merging Data Sources, Pivot Tables, V-Lookups)
• Other data analytic skills a plus
• Experience analyzing sales data in support of sales organizations

• Excellent time management skills


b) Education
• BS/BA in a relevant field

c) Language
• Primary language English

d) IT
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills. Experience with Qlikview a plus
