• Responsibilities o Create and update project plans with Project Leads o Coordinate weekly status reports with Project Leads o Assist with the maintenance of other project-related documentation, including but not limited to, project charters, action item and issues tracking, project inventory, etc. o Assist with monitor incoming HR work requests and change control requests and update status o Aid with expanding the content on HR-owned SharePoint sites o Aid in the documentation of internal HR processes and procedures • Skills Needed o Proficient use of Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel & PowerPoint o Proficient use of MS Project o Preferred: Use and knowledge of MS Visio and MS SharePoint o Ability to work with minimal supervision o Excellent verbal and written communication
