Provide support to the HRPB team during transition to support leaders and staff in the successful achievement of individual, team, functional and organization objectives. Coach and advise leaders on the people components of the business strategy and on people related matters Partner with leaders in the development and engagement of employees to achieve strategic and operational business objectives Share best practice and external perspectives that facilitate effective people management Partner with HR in helping business leaders in orchestrating the delivery and implementation of core HR programs and processes through Centers of Expertise and/or HR Operations Support the resolution of complex people and employee relations issues Work collaboratively with HR to ensure consistent and aligned HR service delivery Support strategic workforce planning with business leaders Provide change management support for business changes Help leaders understand the link between performance and reward and recognition to inspire stronger employee and organizational performance. Job Duty and Description Work closely with a Senior HRBP in the role of Human Capital advisor to the business within various HR functional areas Support leaders in developing their teams and enhancing team effectiveness. Work with the business to diagnose people related business needs and translate into action plans Collaborate with HRBPs, Centers of Expertise and HR Operations to identify and deliver HR solutions Assist in change management to enable organization effectiveness within the business Manage relationships with the Business ¿ represent the business to HR and HR to the business Collaborate across HR to: Ensure appropriate and effective service delivery Education & Experience Requirements Include educational requirements or equivalency, required years and type(s) of experience, and necessary licenses or certificates. Specify which are required and which are preferred. Bachelor's/University Degree or equivalent Advanced (master¿s) degree preferred in a Business or HR/Labor related field (optional) Minimum of 7-12 years experience in a HR business partner capacity Minimum 5 years in a senior HR leadership capacity for a company or a standalone business Key Skills and Competencies Describe critical skills needed to successfully perform job, which should be representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required. Experience with the integration of previous acquisitions and support and integration of geographic expansion.
