This position pays $20.00 per hour
This position is responsible for meeting established health plan broker sales goals through prospect and recruit new agents through collaboration with National and Direct agency relationships or through agent marketing activities targeted direct to the agent. Assures appropriate market coverage through management of agent recruiting activities. Responsible for identifying and developing local preferred agents to support the attainment of health plan goals.

Essential Job Functions:
• Coordinates and implements all active and passive recruiting systems as required by Management.
• Administer agent referral program as developed by the Company
• Utilizes tracking systems to monitor and records recruiting activities as required by Management.
• Determines eligibility of agent candidates utilizing screening and interviewing techniques developed by the Company
• Implement multiple active recruiting systems.
• Implement passive recruiting systems utilizing internet resources, job boards and cold calling.
• Recommends any recruiting, interviewing, testing and selection procedures and changes to Management.
