Job Description:
We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated candidate who will be responsible for supporting the IT Vendor Management organization in all aspects of contract processing including reporting, financial/invoicing reconciliation, invoice problem resolution and interfacing with our Procurement organization.
Other responsibilities include coordination of various compliance tracking and audits, generating reports and other administrative functions as requested.
The candidate should be able to prioritize tasks and needs to be flexible in changing priorities.
Should be comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization and can work with a geographically dispersed team.
The candidate will possess the ability to complete a high volume of tasks with minimal guidance and have the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility in changing priorities.
Skills/Experience: - Demonstrated experience working with strong attention to detail - Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) is essential - Ability to manipulate and analyze data, and recommend efficiency improvement processes - Deals effectively with ambiguity - Strong communication skills both written and verbal - Procurement / Purchasing experience preferred - Experience using QuickBase, Ariba or Oracle is a plus

Candidate needs to be very high-energy, able to multi-task, organized and a very quick learner. Strong Excel skills are a must.
