Job Description:
Reports to a Project Manager I or Project Manager II and provides both financial and administrative support. Primary responsibilities may include Project Document Management (creating and maintaining files and spreadsheets, copying and scanning documents, collecting and collating documents for PM's); various finance functions (reconciliation of general ledger to cost reports, various other monthly reconciliations, invoicing, reporting, creating purchase orders) and general support to the Leadership Team (scheduling, typing, taking minutes, handling correspondence, etc).
