General Summary: This position maintains customers' information in various systems in accordance with policies and procedures.

Major Duties:
Performs customer data changes within systems.
Troubleshoots and resolves issues relative to customer setup using established guidelines.
Works with supervisor to develop solutions when problem is more complex or affects multiple processes across the department.
Completes requests within established timeframes and keeps requestor notified of status.
Ensures data accuracy, validity, and completeness in results.
Contacts customers to request additional information and to verify customer data.
Seeks linkages and understands impact to downstream processes/systems.
Identifies and completes customer account matches.
Participates and supports projects as required and assigned by management.
Identifies technical issues encountered in the production environment to the IT department and escalates for resolution.
Process customer product trade-outs.


Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree Required
Advanced level Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are required.
Experience with database management (e.g. MS Access) are required.
Strong interpersonal skill as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is required.
Ability to problem solve is required.
