Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and organize regulatory documentation.
  • Position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The position requires that the individual receive and organize information to the appropriate personnel, tracking information for review and manage outstanding requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and maintain status of the outstanding requests.

  • Temporary position for an integration project.
  • Experience in flavour or food regulatory affairs highly prized along with either project management, supplier documentation, and general office administration.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office; High level of experience in Microsoft ACCESS and EXCEL highly prized.
  • Must be able to act assertively and take ownership of responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and to work independently.
  • Detail oriented. Excellent organization skills a must.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
