Job Title: Analyst – Learning & Development
Location: Chicago, IL USA


• 40 hrs / wk with the possibility of extension or conversion after a year.
• Min 1.5-2+ years of experience in similar Learning and Development Analyst role
• 1st interview 30 min phone, 2nd interview 60 min onsite
• Not much travel, possibly two times during the year for help support training.
• Local Candidates Only
• Core hours 8-5
• This role will support Learning and Development Team
• Training, Leadership and Development experience helpful
• Review Monthly Documents must have good experience in Excel
• Must have strong communication, outgoing and not afraid to reach out for questions.
• Work in a team environment with 8 other team members.

Key Components of the role
• Assist in managing central budgets and KPIs allocated within Ownerversity
• Support the Learning & Development Operations Lead on all administrative, coordination and resourcing responsibilities
• Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings and events, including reserving conference rooms, scheduling virtual meetings, working with Facilities team, contracting with training venues, etc.
• Coordinate department, team or office communication, draft correspondence, tracking and following up on incoming requests
• Maintain a well-organized filing system for documenting and tracking projects and calendar management
• Preparing presentation materials, advanced excel workbooks and other various documents for multiple team organizational performance reviews.
• Manage vendor invoicing and team expenses
• Maintaining a high quality of communication via email and phone with internal partners and clients

• Bachelor's Degree
• High level proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Must possess analytical, leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, planning, and strong communication skills
• Must demonstrate effective organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must be results driven and detail oriented with the ability to manage change in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Effective in building relationship and credibility with all levels of leadership
• Experience and/or ability to manage relationships with external suppliers
• Excellent communication skills, with the interpersonal skills to interact at all levels
• Passion for developing people and drive to achieve success
• Experience working in a global or multi-national environment (nice to have)
