Global Channel Marketing Manager

Technology company in Norwalk CT is searching for a Global Channel Marketing Manager for a full time direct hire position.  In this role you will design, develop and execute joint marketing programs with worldwide channel partners with the goal of increasing demand.
 
Overview:
This role will work very closely with the channel partners, the channel sales team (all regions), and the marketing team to support and accelerate all channel activities on a global basis. You will be directly responsible for joint marketing programs, partner launch activities, partner event management, sales promotions, partner portal management, partner communications, product marketing in partner channels, and the global channel marketing budget. Global travel is required.
 
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement and measure marketing programs at the MSP, distributor and reseller levels across the globe.
- Manage the execution of all channel-marketing programs, including working closely with partners as well as the marketing, sales, and business development teams.
- Responsible for partner communications.
- Execute partner events, conferences and meetings.
-  Design and implement measurements to quantify revenue generated from programs executed in the channel.
Take part in channel marketing research to understand customer and partner needs.
 
Qualifications:

Minimum 3-5 years Channel Marketing experience with a global focus.
- Strong understanding of Channel ecosystem role of distribution, VAR, DMR.
- Strong understanding of marketing concepts.
- Proven track record in leading and working effectively with cross-functional teams, including the sales organization, operations, and finance)
- Innovator with the ability to influence staff and management at all levels (internally and externally).
