We are seeking a Recruiter to be part of an influential Human Resources team and a passionate organization. The Human Resources team plays a crucial role in shaping and maintaining company culture. This company is a very collaborative organization, and a "Can Do" attitude goes a long way. 
 
The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across this company's offices in North America. More importantly, the Recruiter will be a critical business partner with knowledge of the industry to ensure the hiring of quality candidates in a highly-competitive market.
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
 
• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including managing postings, scheduling, conducting interviews, soliciting feedback, completing background checks, and preparing and extending offers.
• Establish relationships with hiring managers/teams to get a full understanding of their business objectives, business challenges, and culture and to use the information in each search.
• Set recruiting strategies that include assessing internal and external talent and sourcing passive candidates.
• Attract, source, and screen candidates using a variety of innovative techniques, including social networking and direct sourcing, while staying abreast of developing market conditions and trends in the industry.
• Represent and promote this company at industry events.
• Prepare and track important hiring metrics.
           
Qualifications:
 
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Master's degree a plus.
 
 
Skills and/or Experience Required:
 
•    Minimum 5 years of executive recruitment experience with strong networking and sourcing skills
•    Upbeat and positive attitude — no task is too big or too small
•    Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
•    Proactive, flexible, and ability to multi-task
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    Ability to maintain confidential information and discretion
•    Excellent skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
The position is based in the New York office.  Some on-the-job training is provided.
