By capturing video playback of policy violations and comprehensive user-driven metadata, organizations can clearly understand what happened without translating logs or piecing together other user data from multiple systems.

As we continue to grow, ObserveIT is seeking a Senior Business Applications Administrator to join our Operations team.  We are seeking a thought leader who has a passion for managing business critical systems and processes.

As a Senior Business Systems Administrator, you will manage the company's core Sales and Marketing systems, and work with respective teams on continuous improvement of the systems.

The right person for this role has experience as a CRM administrator, has a strong understanding of business operations and process development, and is comfortable overseeing third party vendors as needed.Responsibilities
    • Business owner for key Sales and Marketing systems (Salesforce, Marketo and integrations to other applications).
    • Manage changes in the respective systems, as well as user administration.
    • Enable sales and marketing teams on operational process.
    • Oversee external project teams for system changes as needed.
    • Develop Reports and Dashboards as needed.
Required Experience
    • 3-5 Years as a Salesforce and/or Marketo Administrator.
    • Functional understanding on Lead to Order and Order to Cash Processes
    • Strong communication skills, able to provide clear views of business challenges and opportunities, solutions and results.
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage competing priorities.
    • Entrepreneurial attitude
    • Experience with database structure design and ETL processes
