Our company is currently seeking an operations reporting analyst to support the Operations department by collecting and assimilating sales data from multiple sources and providing analytical support to create presentations and data views for management review.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities include:
Develop, coordinate, and manage all sales reports and its associated data to include sales reporting, open order reporting and shipment status coordination between Associated NPA's and GSA.
Coordinate the distribution of all sales data to management and Associated Agencies. Assist in the planning and implementation of the Departments' expense budgets as well as expense tracking.
Assist in the execution of the organization's sales forecasting process as well as the analysis/dissemination of sales data via dashboard reporting tools.
Develop queries to extract data and perform analysis on data to create summary reports and charts for management.
Develop and produce dashboard reports utilizing business line manager's hierarchal structure requests to "cut” sales data into meaningful segments and presenting the information with analysis that can be quickly assimilated by the business line managers.
Assist Business Line Directors as requested to develop reports pertaining to their business line.
Assist in the development of yearly sales forecasts by lines of business utilizing forecasting tools and business intelligence as part of a standard process to include regularly scheduled reviews to track the accuracy and adjustments of ongoing forecasts.
Coordinate the tracking and reporting of GSA depot open order shipment status between Associated NPA's and GSA central office.
Provide detailed analysis of GSA customer(s) sales information.
Provide sales information to associated agencies, government customers, and staff, which include sales by customer, and contact management information.

Consolidated Late/Open Order
GSA Depot Open Order
GSA Depot Sales
Operations Departmental Expense Budget
Writing Instruments Group Sales
Agency AbilityOne Profiles
GSA Depot Inventory Snapshots
Sales forecasts and accuracy/adjustment reports
Business intelligence reports as it pertains to the development of sales forecasts
Develop and deliver monthly reporting on fiscal year budgets and forecasted sales.
Proactively work with Senior Management and department directors to further develop and refine reporting to meet departmental needs.
Track departmental expenses through established reporting structures.
Respond to Ad Hoc sales reporting requests in a timely manner.
Deliver special projects as assigned by Senior Management.
3-5 years related business experience.
1-2 years Excel VBA programming experience.
1+ years Access VBA programming experience
1+ years Access database and SQL query writing experience.
1+ years Oracle SQL developer query writing experience
1+ years MINITAB experience
1+ years John Galt Forecast X experience desired but not required
1+ years analytical and statistical experience
