Job Description:
Our company is currently looking for an experienced contracts administrator. The primary duties include review and analysis of government issued pre solicitation notices, draft and final solicitations to identify compliance matters specific to contracting requirements and procedures using FAR and Federal Agency FAR supplements, internal company policies and other guiding contract documents, participating in proposal preparation activities, drafting terms and conditions for written agreements with partner companies and individuals including non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and subcontracts; reviewing contract award and modification documents including all terms and conditions, certifications and representations and other contract compliance matters, responding to government requests for contract related information and data, communicating with government and prime contractor contract specialists, reviewing subcontract documents from other prime contractors, assisting in the review, analysis and negotiation of contract and subcontract terms and conditions, monitoring contract compliance, reviewing government-issued contract modifications and prime contractor-issued contract modifications, preparing subcontract modifications.

Independently researching contract clauses, requirements and other terms and conditions to assist in preparing negotiation positions, maintaining an organized system of all contracts, to included creating conformed contract documents with the most current information available. May assist with the other administrative needs of the company to include scheduling meetings, maintaining a contract calendar, arranging conference participation and working with other staff on a variety of matters.

Required Skills:
5+ years experience in contract administration
Experience in performing cradle to grave contract administration duties including processing new contracts, contract briefs, contract modifications, and contract close outs for a myriad of contract types such as IDIQ, BPA, Cost Reimbursible, CPFF, T&M, FFP, etc.
Review and negotiate contractual documents such as Non-disclosure agreements, subcontract agreements, Government prime contract terms and conditions, teaming agreements and purchase order terms and conditions.
Maintain and track prime contract funding status and issue customer notifications when funding is low
Issue subcontractor funding and track subcontractor expenses to identify funding needs for future billing, subcontractor burn rate and
Manage contracts, subcontracts, non-disclosures, and teaming agreements so approvals, extensions, modifications, supplemental funding requests, key personnel notifications, and other actions are handled promptly.
Participates in Pre-award RFP reviews, process contract amendments, conduct negotiations in support of changes to the contract and the SOW.
Perform close–out administration of contracts and related subcontracts, including compliance evaluation, modification processing, routing of contractual documents and maintenance of contract files.
Ensure compliance with appropriate regulations including AMS and FAR.
Coordinate with program managers on financial and administrative matters that impact contracts.
Research and analyze contract renewals modifications.
Ensures the proper allocation of labor hour estimates, rates, ODC, subcontractor, and material requirements.
