Pupil Accounting Instructional Design and Delivery Consultant

This resource will be responsible for providing support & training to Nevada School Districts in the use of Infinite Campus (a student management application).
 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Acts as the agencies liaison for Infinite Campus data quality and training efforts and helps manage SIS implementation with local districts based on state and local requirements
  • Assists with Count Collection to the agency as well as supporting schools with collection
  • Act as Infinite Campus facilitator and consultant executing ad-hoc reports, set-ups, and training for principals, district, and staff. Works with district staff to manage enrollment, pupil accounting and demographic data.
  • Represents district interests as requested as an Infinite Campus data expert in meetings with the agency, software vendors, user's groups, and internal committees
  • Researches, verifies, and troubleshoots student level data anomalies or system errors
  • Acts as a liaison between departments and schools for Infinite Campus data quality efforts
  • Assists as requested with district-wide roll-up of student information for State and Federal reporting
  • Conducts monthly meetings, and supports professional learning for school and district staff
  • Supports summer school enrollment efforts
  • Assists in developing a comprehensive knowledge transfer through course curricula and technology solutions
  • Delivers training in format and delivery modality as requested by district (Instructor Led, Workshop, WebEx etc…)
  • Monitor and evaluate progress of trainees
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with local district administrators, instructional and support staff
  • Applicants must be willing to travel across the State of Nevada with direct outreach to rural districts.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A minimum of three years of teaching/training experience preferably in pupil accounting and district operations using an enterprise student information system.
  • District pupil accounting operational experience (e.g. Scheduling, Mark Reporting, Demographics, Discipline, Health Accounting, Administrative, and Ad-Hoc reporting)
  • Excellent customer support and time management skills.
  • Excellent presentation/ mentoring/coaching skills.
  • Excellent writing and documentation skills.
  • A self-starter with experience leading projects, organizing work load, and finding process efficiencies
  • Comfortable presenting detailed information at multiple audience levels and professional groups
  • Demonstrated delivery and instructional experience
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills with varying knowledge levels ranging from the public to leadership
  • Understanding and experience with electronic student record keeping and relevant laws
  • Advanced technology skills with Infinite Campus SIS, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
