PGS Digital Project Coordinator

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage portfolio across the various projects (5+) on the team in terms of:
o Update Portfolio status in PoD (Portfolio On Demand)
o Entering forecasts
o Entering accruals by verifying time & expenses incurred across the project teams
o Tracking other team's spending that hits center projects (Backfill, etc.)
o Invoice and reclasses tracking
o Onboarding & off boarding resources
o Manage training for contracted resources
• Manage Integration funding by working with program team
• Provide portfolio level reporting, metrics and status by working with team members and running SAP BI reports as needed
• Tracking of Statements of Work & Purchase Orders
• Statement of Work creation
• Coordination with vendors for interviews, workshops, etc.
• Facilitate workshops for project teams as needed
• Track and maintain software license & maintenance and on demand software purchases by coordinating with software central and PGS BT Portfolio Management Team.
• Supporting project teams with entering, monitoring and updating relevant project status in Jira & Confluence.
• Procure and Manage Hardware Inventory related to the projects.
• Own Project & Purchase Request submissions across the team.
• Coordinate Plan of Record (PoR) & Roadmap updates

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Understanding of project accounting (accruals, forecast, POs, Invoices, etc)
• Familiarity with software releases and related project management process
• Must be very organized, be able to multi-task and work in a high paced environment
• A good team player that works well with others
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
