Project Coordinator

Job Description: 6-8 month assignment with the potential of being a temp to perm.
· This role sits in Technology & Innovation, but specifically the M&A group where they are seeing an uptick in work.
· Candidate will work on M&A projects in different phases of life cycle development.
· Looking for a Project Coordinator/Project Manager. Recent grad OK or 1-2 years experience.
· Needs to be able to put together PowerPoint decks, Excel sheets, and make SharePoint updates.
· Needs to be detail oriented as they will be following up on action items to ensure projects are on track.
· Will be holding and facilitating meetings with a large number of participants. Needs to be able to "hold their own.”
· Will be supporting Project Manager.
· Looking for a go-getter, someone interested in learning.
· Agile experience is a plus.
· Degree in Computer Science is nice to have.

This role will lead and support in-flight efforts across multiple business and technical functions specializing in successful delivery of ISU configuration components as identified and defined by customer requirements. This position will be responsible for designing the technical master setup into targeted systems within the organization. They will also be responsible for leading the technical development of innovative solutions to improve the accuracy, consistency and quality of configuration data/components within the ISU/CIS domain. This position will be part of the Digital Enterprise Solutions support team working closely with business users, process owners, and development teams to ensure effective application use while enhancing the user experience, productivity and efficiency, while mitigating risks, and resolving issues in the customer information systems arena.
BS in Business, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Mathematics, or related field of Engineering with strong academic background
Technical Skills: Work on multiple Acquisition project at time and update information into SharePoint.
Create Meeting Minutes and follow up on action Items.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Analyze risks and opportunities.

Solid understanding and application of the agile methodology.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.

Soft Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Self-starter with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with a keen desire to learn and expand depth of knowledge

Good Collaboration , prioritization and team working skills

Ability to work in a fast paced dynamic environment with virtual teams

Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and take initiative to find/develop solutions for business requirements.

Handling business calls and gathering requirements.

Knowledge:





Knowledge within Customer Service for Utilities.

Software knowledge should include the following: Windows Word, Excel, and Access.
Knowledge of JIRA to track projects.
Ability to independently communication and work with users to resolve SAP Customer Data Load issues.
Extensive troubleshooting skills.
Work Experience: 1 - 4 as years Project Coordinator.
