Looking for a highly motivated, intelligent, and passionate talent acquisition lead/recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will partner with our leaders and have the ability to directly impact the success of the organization.
You will lead, manage and actively participate in the entire recruiting life cycle while working closely with management to drive best in class recruiting practices and strategy. Individual must be proficient in strategic design and implementation of various recruiting strategies. Looking for an independent self-starter with full life cycle experience handling diverse client groups, with the ability to develop and utilize recruiting metrics.

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities:
  • As a dynamic leader within our team, you will devise and lead full life cycle recruiting including multiple operational projects and programs within Talent Acquisition related to innovation, technology, and sourcing operational efficiencies. These include strategies to include flexible staffing models, location optimization, and sourcing solutions specific to existing and emerging business locations
  • Partner with business leaders to devise national talent acquisition solutions tied to business needs
  • Develop and implement workforce planning initiatives related to headcount planning for more than 44 locations and in collaboration with numerous stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement national reporting and analytics capability and related metrics. Lead projects to improve or maintain automated, end-to-end operational solutions.
  • Promote our employer brand online and offline
  • Ensure that hiring manager, recruiter and candidate experience is exceptional
  • Leverage targeted job fairs and travel to other sites/states to find and attract competitive candidates
  • Drive multiple candidate channels including referrals and other campaigns
  • Be comfortable using various social media platforms and related recruitment campaigns
  • Continually build and maintain networking relationships with a focus on broadening and increasing our talent community and presence in the market
  • Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
  • Keep up-to-date on all EEO standards, and applicable federal and state laws while selecting candidates.
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruit and source talent; develop talent pool or social engagements.
  • Develop knowledge of the different roles so you will have the ability to drive recruitment strategies, evaluate top talent, and navigate a high-touch hiring process
  • Develop processes that drive exceptional Candidate Experience
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
  • Coach junior recruiters (when available) that may help with coordination or sourcing
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelors preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of related experience in talent acquisition operations to include developing, implementing and improving talent acquisition processes and sourcing tools in support of a national organization.
  • Strong knowledge of current trends, innovations and best practices within talent acquisition and a familiarity with traditional sourcing techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to source and recruit talent across various functional areas and levels from senior level and mid-level professionals to entry level laborers
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, sourcing strategies, reporting tools, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated sourcing skills leveraging social channels and progressive HR tech tools to develop and influence passive candidates' interest
  • Strong consultative presentation and written communication skills; ability to communicate with and influence users, subject matter experts, and leaders
  • Must be able to travel regularly and up to 50% as needed
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
  • Self-starter with exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is essential
  • Ability to multi-task and lead in a matrix environment
  • Experience communicating across an organization effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Expert knowledge of evolving best practices in the field of talent acquisition.
  • Experience in warehousing, cold-storage, or logistics industry a plus
