  •  The Recruiter will use best practices and
    established procedures to ensure the Company's openings are filled
    according to established metrics. The Recruiter will be
    accountable for providing service excellence throughout the recruitment
    cycle, working closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing
    requirements.

    MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Support all phases of the recruiting process, to include, but not
    limited to: Kick-off/intake calls with hiring managers, posting of
    positions, sourcing/screening, coordinating interviews and feedback,
    closing candidates in the offer stage and onboarding.
    2. Support recruitment team, in sourcing, screening or
    scheduling/conducting interviews.
    3. Actively recruit on union positions while maintaining adherence
    to process requirements; provide weekly and monthly reporting on union
    recruitment activity to internal stakeholders.
    4. May also recruit on non-union positions, as needed.

  • Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree preferred. Associates Degree with a minimum of 3
    years relevant experience or High School/GED with a minimum of 5 years
    relevant experience required.
    • 1-3 years of recruiting experience; experience in recruiting
    within a union environment a plus.
    • Strong understanding of general business and office terminology.
    • Ability to handle a high volume workload and multiple high-level,
    time-sensitive projects at the same time.
    • Will be working to identify most qualified candidates for the union - the positions will vary.
    • Labor Relations experience is a plus
