Offshore Recruiting Manager

Summary / Objective

The Offshore Recruiting Manager is a US Based Manager responsible for the overall day-to-day operational and administrative tasks as it relates to the offshore recruiting teams. The position is responsible for handling client issues and concerns regarding operations and staff performance of the offshore team; proactively supporting new requisitions. The Offshore Recruiting Manager coordinates with the Managing Directors to ensure business continuity and performance compliance.


Essential Functions

o Provide day-to-day operational, and project support to clients and employees through the offshore recruiting teams

o Build a strong business relationship with managing directors to discuss issues, concerns and updates

o Manage work schedules of the offshore recruiting team

o Analyze job requirements to ensure the ability to work on placeable positions

o Carry out daily operational duties and responsible for motivating employees offshore

o Monitor team performance, attendance, productivity, etc. and ensures that SLAs are regularly met

o Motivate and encourage employees through positive communication and create effective channels for employee feedback

o Establish a positive, supportive and collaborative environment

o Drive company initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence

o Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity as it relates to the offshore team

o Formulate and implement offshore recruiting operational policies to maximize output

o Act as the link between Client Operations, Management team, and the offshore employees

o Pre-Screen all resumes submitted by the offshore team to ensure the individual meets the necessary requirements

o Review and evaluate staff individual strengths and areas for improvement; produce performance reviews

o Monitor and report individual and team performance through regular scorecard reviews

o Implement improvements to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the offshore team

Supervisory Responsibility

This position has supervisor responsibility over the OffShore Staffing Business Unit


Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, computers, phones/smartphones, and photocopiers/scanners.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position; days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.


Travel might be expected for this position based on the companies' needs and goals


Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree in a related field

Five to Seven years of relevant experience


Preferred Education and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in human resources or related field


Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Certified Staffing Professional – American Staffing Association


Work Authorization/Security Clearance (if applicable)
