Must have Telecom experience if not they will not be selected. Service Now experience a plus. Must be available for overtime if requested. Installs, troubleshoots, repairs and maintains telecommunications equipment, Monitors, dispatches, reroutes tickets within ticketing system, Monitors and provides reports on system utilization, trunking and port optimization, Responsible for gathering, maintaining switch database for pool locations, Provides and maintains support for Avaya Communication Manager, Provides hardware and software revision management support, Tests trunks and links Implements enterprise-wide project plans and/or modification as directed, Provides and keeps current detailed documentation of processes, Updates Inventory Database to reflect current system hardware/software levels (TET), Provides MAC support to identified locations, Works on special projects as assigned by manager, Assigns, dispatches, and monitors reported carrier tickets for the locations as required, Coordinate and schedule vendor preventive maintenance, Maintains onsite telephony inventory.
