Job Title: HR Services Administrator
Work Location: Framingham, MA
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: 8:00AM-4:30PM or 8:30AM-5:00PM
Education/Experience Required: High school diploma

Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • Support retail locations in maintaining accurate records related to labor hours worked and paid time off utilized; as well as supporting the over hiring process by managing second level WOTC request contacts.
  • Working with Payroll, HR Services, and Store Managers to ensure accuracy of timecard punches within labor management system
  • Working with Payroll, HR Services, and Store Managers to ensure accuracy of utilized paid time off hours to balance earned accruals versus used accruals
  • Adding or updating timecard punches within labor management system
  • Adding or updating paid time off entries within labor management system
  • Utilizing an internal case management system to send, receive, and resolve change/inquiry requests
  • Review WOTC reporting to determine necessary documents
  • Send WOTC documents to managers of pre-hires/new hires where appropriate
  • Other similar job duties as requested by supervisor
