Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Field Technical Support Rep to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Bath, ME.

Job Title: Field Technical Support Rep

Education/Experience Required: High School or equivalent. 

Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • Manages the onsite delivering of software services, installation and configuration for customer environments.
  • The job solves various business systems, networking and applications problems for standard industry servers, specialized or complex clustered environments.
  • Deliver reactive and proactive activities according to Service Level Agreement to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Applies basic knowledge of the job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a variety of assignments/tasks.
  • Good understanding of the general/technical aspects of the job.
  • Organizes own tasks and receives general instructions on all work.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5 yrs. desktop experience, well spoken, strong written/verbal skills and quick answer to questions.
  • Experience dealing with VIP clients, business casual attire.
  • Fast paced user community.
  • Exceptional interaction with users, collaborate well with other lines of service
  • Engineering, network, server, security teams.
  • Ability to multi task issues at hand.
  • Prioritize, schedule, deliver. Windows 10, MS Office, experience replacing hardware parts, desktop/laptop (DELL)
  • Familiar with Outlook, installing app for database access.
  • Perform data recovery for rebuilds/reimages.
  • Experience in enterprise domain environment with GPO's in use.
  • Knowledge of WIFI support, Knowledge of VPN Experience with SCCM and AD console.
  • Mobile device support, email & wifi
  • General network knowledge - DNS, TCP/IP, proxy servers, pac files Network printer IP assignments, Input & backup LDAP info. PXE booting experience
  • Disk Encryption experience
  • Virus scanning.
  • Ticket management experience a must.
  • Manage tickets daily, maintain SLA's.
