Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Build a team of product managers with responsibility for company website, mobile apps and digital voice platforms.
  • Develop, maintain and articulate product roadmaps and vision
  • Develop creative product concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance corporate strategy.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers and business partners with different backgrounds to bring product to customers.
  • Work with multiple business partners to drive cross-product synergies.
  • Ensure that products are delivered on time and to budget

Skills & Qualifications:
  • 15+ years of Product Management experience, preferably with web-based/mobile/IVR products in the consumer space
  • Strong at defining and articulating product strategy
  • Skilled at defining and prioritizing product features
  • Experience working in an Agile environment and lean methodology
  • Ability to collaborate well with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders and navigate complex decision-making
  • Skilled at technology, obsessive about customer experience, and ready to meet business goals.
  • Ability to work with imperfect information. You embrace the process of working incrementally and iteratively to define, own and deliver an awesome product.
  • Ability to embrace working in a (highly) regulated industry and are prepared to do the necessary work to meet legal and compliance requirements without compromising product goals and customer experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for teaching others
