Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a CRM Administrator to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Bedford, TX.

Job Description & Responsibilities:
Our client is seeking an experienced candidate in the administration of CRM software (Donot Direct), preferably in the business transaction processing environment. The ideal candidate will have a four year degree in business or related fields and/or three plus years' experience in a administrative/analyst role. Some key skills would include analysis, coordination, developing business process work flows, implementation and control of business processes, testing, training, and delegation. This candidate must also have extensive working knowledge of spreadsheets, working knowledge of SQL and word processing.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Oversee all domestic and international deposits making sure all have been processed through the software to accounting.
  • Maintain & balance transactions including any declines.
  • Ensure the software is working properly—includes testing software upgrades before rolling out to production.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain business processes working with departments to come up with better solutions.
  • Analyze and resolve problems for partner related activity throughout the building.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of basic accounting principles; database software and practical/technical knowledge of database operations including SQL.
