Duration: 1 year contract
Education/Experience Required: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field such as information systems, mathematics, or computer science or equivalent work experience.

Job Description:
  • As a Tableau Administrator, Digital and Technology, the primary responsibility will be to develops, maintains, and enhances Tableau server and its accompanying infrastructure.
  • You will have an opportunity to play a key role in business intelligence space using state of the art technologies.
  • You will have ample opportunity to learn from our experienced engineers.
  • Maintains and updates existing Tableau servers, tests client applications to determine compatibility with upgrades and works with clients to resolve any issues.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact on Tableau server engagements of moderate to high complexity including service tickets requiring expert analysis.
  • Involved with the investigation and resolution of complex data, system, and software issues in the production environment.
  • Under broad direction, designs and implements strategic partner onboarding.
  • Participates in capacity planning to ensure Tableau servers are adequately sized and configured to meet current and projected demand.
  • Participates in performance testing to ensure Tableau Server meets client application SLA's. Develops and maintains internal tools. Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain and support the Interworks Portal supporting Tableau.
  • Adhere to the Enterprise Reference Architecture while developing or enhancing a system/application
  • Adhere to security, compliance and best-practices guidelines
Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field such as information systems, mathematics, or computer science or equivalent work experience.
  • Requires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/processes.
  • Typically has 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Consideration given to equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred 2 years of experience as a Tableau Administrator.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers.
  • Ability to effectively present information.
  • Requires advanced knowledge of Tableau Server Administrator including Installation, upgrading, monitoring, debugging, tuning and capacity planning.
  • Requires advanced analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with desire to learn and adapt
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills, both verbal and in writing
