Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a TLS Administrator to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Fort Worth, TX.

Job Title: TLS Administrator
Work Location: Fort Worth, TX
Duration: 3 month contract with option to extend or hire 
Education/Experience Required: High School Diploma or equivalent; PeopleSoft, CostPoint, COGNOS and Qlikview experience preferred. ¿


Job Description & Responsibilities:
  • Provide time and labor services (timekeeping/payroll) in order to serve the needs of our internal and external customers with quality, integrity, and affordability. 
  • Reviews accuracy of all approved timesheets and ensure that hours are coded per policy. 
  • Maintains timesheet files and tracks missing timesheets or other information necessary to complete process. 
  • Performs timesheet edit report audit sand prepares timesheets for a final export. 
  • Reviews the accuracy of employees two week compensation, requests and adjustments and process the corrections. 
  • Handles and researches employee's complaints and discrepancies. 
  • Adds new employees, creates groups and assigns CostPoint Project Codes to a group. 
  • Assigns Delegates and Alternate Supervisors 
  • Unlocks Accounts, resets passwords 
  • Process employee profile changes 
  • Performs routine reports and audit logs 
  • Assists the Time and Labor Manager with TLS configuration related to new contracts, contracts changes and contract close-out 
  • Performs other duties as requested.
  • CONUS: Generally works in normal office environment. 
  • OCONUS: Some positions will be assigned to overseas locations where living and working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable, with long hours, exposure to weather, dust, and hazardous/harsh conditions
  • Travel Typically not required within area of assignment.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of accounting systems. 
  • Extensive skill using spreadsheet and data base applications. 
  • Effective decision making and problem solving skills. 
  • Requires little supervision for multiple tasks assigned. 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. 
  • Excel Intermediate (Vlookups / PIVOTS)
  • PeopleSoft, CostPoint, COGNOS and Qlikview experience preferred. 
  • Payroll experience preferred.
